Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Nexora Group LLC ("Nexora Group", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you fill out a contact or lead form on our website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any additional details you include in your message.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, our analytics tool (PostHog) receives page views and some interactions. How much depends on your cookie choice, explained in section 4. Page addresses and the address of the page that sent you here are always sent without their query string or #fragment, except the ad campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid). PostHog also receives your browser, operating system and screen size, and after you accept, your IP address, which it uses to estimate an approximate location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Send you a confirmation email after you submit a contact form.
  • Notify our team of new inquiries so we can follow up promptly.
  • Manage and organize leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Analyze how our pages are used to improve them, and measure which of our ads bring visitors who book a call or contact us.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following third-party service providers, solely for the purposes described above:

PostHog
Product analytics (PostHog Inc., hosted on PostHog Cloud US, in the United States). We use it to see how our pages are used and which ads bring visitors who book a call or write to us. What it receives depends on your cookie choice (section 4): anonymous counts before you choose, nothing if you reject, full analytics with an identifier and session recording if you accept. PostHog keeps events for 1 year and session recordings for 1 month.
Resend
Email delivery service used to send confirmation emails to you and notification emails to our team when you submit a contact form.
Odoo
Customer relationship management (CRM) platform where we store and manage lead information submitted through our forms.
Calendly
Scheduling platform (Calendly LLC, United States). Nothing from Calendly loads until you click a booking button. Then, whatever your cookie choice, because you asked for it, Calendly's script (from assets.calendly.com) and its scheduling page (from calendly.com) open over our page. Calendly receives the details you enter and the utm_* campaign parameters of the link you arrived from, and tells our page when a call is booked; we count each booking once, by the id Calendly gives it. Calendly may set its own cookies, and its privacy policy applies to the booking.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads)
Only if you accept cookies. The Meta pixel tells Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms Inc.) when a visitor who came from one of our ads books a call (with the booking's id, so it counts once), sends the contact form or opens WhatsApp, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta sets its own cookies (such as _fbp) and processes this data under its own privacy policy. If you withdraw your consent, the pixel stops at once.
Google Ads
Only if you accept cookies. The Google Ads tag (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) measures which ads lead to a booked call (with the booking's id, so it counts once) or a sent form. Google sets its own cookies (such as _gcl_au) and processes this data under its own privacy policy. If you withdraw your consent, the tag stops at once.
Google Fonts
Our typefaces come from Google Fonts, but we serve the font files from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We ask before setting any analytics or advertising cookie. The banner offers Accept and Reject, and this is what each state means:

Before you choose

We only count, anonymously: page views, clicks on booking and contact buttons, the booking window opening and a call being booked, and the contact form being seen, sent and delivered. Nothing is stored on your device (no cookie, no local storage, no identifier), nothing else you do on the page is recorded, there is no session recording and no advertising tag loads. PostHog tells visits apart with a hash it calculates on its own servers from your IP address, your browser and our site's address, mixed with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted, so these counts cannot be linked to you or from one day to the next. In this mode PostHog does not store your IP address.

If you reject

Nothing at all is sent to PostHog, and the Meta pixel and the Google Ads tag never load.

If you accept

PostHog keeps an identifier in a cookie (named ph_…) and in local storage, and records page views, clicks, how far you scroll, which sections you see and form and booking events. It may also record your session: what appears on screen, with everything you type masked. The Meta pixel and the Google Ads tag load with their own cookies.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage for the site you are on (each Nexora landing address asks separately), so we do not ask on every visit, and it applies to every tab of that site you have open. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the button below. Withdrawing stops analytics, session recording and the advertising tags at once in every open tab, and deletes the identifiers they stored on this site.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Lead information is retained in our CRM system for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics events stay in PostHog for 1 year and session recordings for 1 month; anonymous counts cannot be linked to you, so they cannot be looked up by person. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Objection — Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.
  • Portability — Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. By submitting your information through our website, you consent to such transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
